Installation Instructions- To begin the install of the Gibson Performance Exhaust you will need to remove the factory rear portion of the skid plate. This will allow access to the factory head pipe where you will need to cut your header. You will measure 2 in. rear of the heat shield towards the back of the vehicle. This is the last heat shield before the Exhaust makes the up turn towards the bottom of the vehicle.
- With your factory head pipe marked use a hack saw or saw zaw with safety glasses and make your cut. It is important that you have at least 2 in. of clamping surface for the Gibson Exhaust. Do your best to keep the cut as straight up and down as possible.
